Tom and his team were very nice, polite and professional. They rose to the challenge of the wifi issue regarding the battery being installed away from the house, keeping me updated all the way through. The whole system is very neat and pleasing to the eye. Efficient system install on 19/01/2023 by skilled team. Inverter & batteries fixed by 8am, scaffolding up by 9am, down by 3pm. Patiently answered questions. Andrew Chad & Adrian Bruce were helpful.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff from the first rep that visited my house, through my various technical questions and worries, and finishing with a swift and competent installation team. The Solax equipment appears to be functioning well (though it's only been running for 3 days so far!) and I anticipate that I will be getting good after-sale service.
